Vandebron’s question to Bolster was to help creating a new focus and strategy, which would be fully supported and executed by the employees of the organization.
In one Strategy Week we worked on a clear story. The aim was creating direction and energy for the next 5 years, together. This way of working makes Bolster distinctive; in a few days we build a new strategy. Real decisions were made for further implementation.
Together, we established a North Star vision. Green and fair for producers and customers, Vandebron as the coolest and most sustainable company in the energy sector. Now, there is a sharp focus per year with a detailed execution strategy. This is all achieved by drawing up one urgent common goal. In doing so, we dared to make courageous choices, which provides clear direction and are distinctive in the market.
