Boskalis is a multinational in the offshore industry and so far mainly active in traditional energy and offshore oil and gas. Boskalis marine services is transforming into an organization that can take on projects with more complexity. And thus offers much higher added value to its customers. We guided the management team with the development of their leadership, team formation and the adjustment of the organizational structure. With a strong challenge, the MT was challenged time and time again to determine strategy, make clear steps and involve team members in order to achieve the best results.
Teams of all MT members were also supervised. Because the directors and managers in the MT have a lot of experience in this business, Bolster focused on supporting the individual talents of the MT members. In intervals of six to eight weeks, the MT members work with their respective teams on the goals they want to achieve. These are business goals, but also more personal learning goals. It is precisely the combination of strategy execution leadership and team that makes this approach very effective. And gives immediate results and speed to the process.
In Boskalis' battle for renewal and innovation, the fleet has also been renewed, old simple vessels have been sold and more complex vessels have been acquired.
