Project Support Officer

What are you doing and what are you bringing?

As a Project Support Officer at Bolster, you are the point of contact for all practical matters relating to projects with customers. You ensure that the planning of the project is in all agendas, you have frequent contact with the customer. Contact with external locations and catering is also your responsibility. At the location you are responsible for preparing the spaces and the use
materials. In addition, you prepare the templates for the customer sessions and you also do the elaboration
of this afterwards. You work closely with the project team and you will also be present at the – sometimes
multi-day – offsite customer sessions.

You are a real go-getter and enjoy arranging practical and logistical matters. You work carefully, consistently and easily make contact with the customer. As a Project Support Officer, it is important that you can work flexibly in a dynamic environment. You are available 32-40 hours.

In addition, you have:

0-5 years of work experience in a similar position
Willingness to travel to attend offsite client sessions (with or without
overnight stay)
Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, in word and writing
