This is how you do it as an intern at Bolster

As an intern, under the supervision of a consultant, you are responsible for ensuring that an assignment runs smoothly. Within Bolster you get the opportunity to learn the basics of consultancy. Because you work closely with experienced team members in this role, you quickly pick up new skills. Then you sometimes step into various roles, such as project support or supporting consultant, in which you learn to apply different skills. In addition, you can further develop into a professional, based on the personal development that is always central to the Bolster team. Examples of this are: Getting to know and utilize your own qualities better, dealing with new challenges, working together in a team, how do I position myself successfully in a professional environment.

What exactly are you going to do?

Supporting and coordinating strategy and leadership processes;
Preparing offsites, team events;
Capture strategy slides in powerpoint;
Propose support in program to the customer.

Here you do that

We work from our location in the center of Haarlem, easily accessible by public transport. Working from home is possible for one day a week in consultation.

You bring this

You are energetic, show initiative and you have a strong sense of responsibility. You are not afraid to approach people and you are able to quickly build a network. Own input and pro-activity are highly appreciated.

What else are we looking for?

You are following a university study for this internship.
Several fields of study have common ground with our activities;
You have experience in coordinating initiatives;
You have excellent communication and social skills;
You are serious about developing yourself personally and professionally;
You are available for an internship of preferably six months, 32 – 40 hours.

Internship compensation in consultation.
If you do not have an annual public transport card, you will receive a full reimbursement of your public transport costs for commuting.
