How Effectory accelerated growth and transformed to Saas organization

Effectory makes the working world a little more beautiful. It is the leading employee feedback solution in Europe. With their platform, HR and management departments can collect feedback from their employees at every step of their employee journey. This is then converted into data that organizations can use to improve their strategies for productivity, engagement and retention.

Bolster guided Effectory in achieving European market leadership. Once that was achieved, Effectory had to further accelerate growth by transforming to a SaaS organization. Effectory again asked Bolster for this as a professional and solid party, which could look objectively and hold up a mirror.

Bolster guided the management to define a new strategy towards a European SaaS strategy as a European scale up. The team was able to make a breakthrough in their leadership that is part of a market leader ambition. Bolster supported by moving the management team into a more strategic role, and the layer below to a more operational management.
