Situation
iChoosr accelerates the energy transition. They help millions of households to make their homes more sustainable. They do this by matching demand and supply for sustainable energy products through easy-to-use platforms. iChoosr is active in Europe, Japan and the US.

Question to Bolster

iChoosr has rapidly grown since the foundation of the company 2 decades ago. Over the years the growth in the number of product offerings and countries, including the growth of the organization to support this, led to multiple questions around strategic direction and how to lead the company.

Therefore, iChoosr was looking for a partner to work both on sharpening the strategic direction and further strengthening the leadership foundation of the management team.

Approach
The process started to work both on strategy and leadership at the same time. By working these 2 elements in parallel, we are able to keep them integrated. Step by step we worked towards a clear and aligned direction, and at the same time strengthened the leadership team in their cooperation, belief and joy. Between each step, we created room for the management team to interact and align the direction with the wider organization, ensuring engagement and commitment at all levels.

Result
The management team has realized a clear path on the overall ambition. Making aligned decisions in priorities and focus in both business development and scalability. With this, iChoosr has set a clear direction forward, allowing everyone in the organization to fully engage towards making 2 million households sustainable by 2035.
