Together we have succeeded in realizing some challenging ambitions

Rijkswaterstaat is responsible for the design, construction, management and maintenance of the most important infrastructure facilities in the Netherlands. Bolster has been working with RWS for more than fifteen years, including on an acceleration project for the construction of motorways in the Netherlands and the implementation of specific safety objectives. Together we have managed to realize a number of challenging ambitions.

RijkswaterstaatCase

Bolster appreciates the courage of Rijkswaterstaat executives to open up to challenges. A manager with whom Bolster has worked closely is Wouter van Schelt. In his reflection on the collaboration with Bolster, Van Schelt praises Bolster’s high work rate:

He points to Bolster’s signature dialogue to familiarize itself with customers and their challenges before engaging individually or in groups.

“Such intakes provide clarity in advance, so that we can go into depth in training sessions and sessions. During the process, Bolster leaves no challenge unturned. Participants will not get away with diplomatic answers. That can sometimes be a bit uncomfortable. But Bolster knows how to maintain a lot of energy and positivity for those involved to convert challenges into joint ambitions and actions.”
