How Vandebron set up a new strategy in a very short time.

Vandebron asked Bolster to help create a new focus and strategy that would be fully supported and implemented by the employees of the organization.

In a three-day strategy, we worked on a clear story that all team members could commit to. The goal was to create direction and energy together for the next five years. This way of working makes Bolster distinctive; in a few days we build a new strategy, facilitate decisive decision-making and immediately create a plan for the execution of the brand new strategy.

Together we established a North Star vision. Green and fair for producers and customers, Vandebron as the coolest and most sustainable company in the energy sector. Now there is a sharp focus per year with a detailed implementation strategy.
