Fleur ‘t Hooft ensures that the Bolster organization works smoothly, so that the team can work optimally with the customer. Fleur has gained management experience in various industries, most of which in the fashion and retail industry, including as Head of Buying & Production.

Fleur is a valuable sparring partner for the team, who ensures a strategic translation into practice. A real go-getter who puts down a well-oiled machine in front and behind the scenes.

In addition to her work at Bolster, Fleur loves the outdoors. Together with Rogier and their two daughters she likes to go on adventures in the mountains or on the water.
