As Project Manager, Jasper makes sure projects run smoothly and ideas are turned into action. He has a talent for making complex things simple and workable, creating structure and keeping everyone connected and moving in the same direction.

Jasper is the connecting force within a project. He keeps track of priorities, people, planning and progress, spots what is needed and makes sure things get done. His way of working is fast, precise and pragmatic, bringing clarity and calm while keeping up the pace.

Jasper graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management and gained international experience during his studies, including time spent living in Madrid. His analytical mindset, structured approach and natural ability to connect people make him a strong link between plans, people and execution.

Outside Bolster, Jasper enjoys sports, travelling and spending time with friends. Curious and energetic by nature, he is always looking for new perspectives, experiences and challenges.
