Thomas Beerepoot

Partner

Thomas Beerepoot founded Bolster together with business partner Rogier in 1999. What started as a leadership approach co-developed with Harvard Business School has since grown into a boutique consultancy with clients from all over the world. Thomas helps companies with their vision, strategy, focus, team and leadership development and implementation on all fronts.

An expert at seeing the bigger picture, connecting the dots and intuitively understanding how certain things are connected. He challenges the client in a fun and creative way to quickly get to the core of their problems and motivations.

Thomas is energized by the real conversation with courageous leaders, talking about things that really matter, both professionally and personally.

When he is not in the office, you can find Thomas in nature with his 4 children. He especially enjoys the view from his beautiful beach retreat where he enjoys going with his kids and where he sometimes works with clients.
