Seeing
At the time of its founding, Bolster was part of the Global Leadership Initiative at the Harvard Business School. This initiative was led by John Kotter, Warren Bennis, Ken Blanchard, and Peter Senge. In close collaboration with the Harvard Business School, Bolster developed its Seeing method. This method is widely acclaimed as the Leadership model of the 21st century. It has been successfully tested and applied in hundreds of companies and tens of thousands of people.
